Based on Baseten's Wispr Flow case, this article discusses how to measure identification, text sorting, and application presentation in segments, and gives quality samples that should be retained during FDE trial runs. This article does not independently verify supplier velocity data, nor does it use customer cases as a guarantee of model effectiveness.

Speechify Deployment: Confirming New Instances Can Serve before Updating

Between the time the new speech model can run and when it can stably receive real requests, there is still work to prepare for release. Based on Baseten's Speechify case, this article discusses the relationship between instance readiness, version promotion and old service retirement, and proposes FDE deliverable inspection records. The results described by the supplier do not serve as actual measurements of ChinaOPC, nor do they translate large-scale platform experience directly into capacity commitments for small teams.

Parallel Deployment: Repeated Context and Budgets in Multi-Round Web Research

A web page study may call the model for multiple rounds, and a single interface price cannot represent the entire task cost. Based on Baseten's Parallel case, this article analyzes how long processes record context reuse, rounds, and stop conditions, and proposes a budget view that the FDE team can use for customer trials. Case data comes from suppliers, and ChinaOPC has not independently verified its performance or commercial effectiveness.

Hebbia Deployment: Connecting Customer Waiting with Reasoning and Queues

What business users feel is the waiting of the entire task, rather than the speed of model generation alone. Based on the Hebbia case released by Baseten, this article discusses how dedicated deployment, request queuing, and repeated context affect the experience, and proposes end-to-end indicators that the FDE team can record. The source belongs to the supplier case. This article does not independently verify the promotional data, nor does it identify the company as an OPC team.

Seeyon's FDE Integration: Define Data and Permissions before Connecting Legacy Systems

Seeyon publicly introduced the practice of the FDE team entering the CNPC well logging project and conducting integrated verification around the existing system. This article starts from the users, data sources and write permissions of the old system to discuss how a small team can delineate pilot boundaries, record interface conditions and organize handovers. The case effects are corporate disclosures and cannot be directly used as construction period or revenue commitments for other projects.

Yuanzhen Digital's Vehicle-Office FDE: Connecting Document Recognition with Processing

Datawhale includes interviews with Yuan Zhen Digital from legacy system operation and maintenance to vehicle management office business, involving material identification and cross-system transfer. This article focuses on how abnormal data is returned to staff, who confirms rule changes, and how records are left for repeated implementations; the results are self-reported by the interviewees, the project procurement data is not verified, and the identification ability is not written as administrative approval authority.

NovasNexus Manufacturing FDE: Bringing Knowledge Bases into Employee Training

According to an interview with Datawhale, NovasNexus co-founder Cai Jieru carried out AI training process projects for German manufacturing companies. This article starts from the moment when newcomers raise questions, and discusses how to accept knowledge application conditions, course progress, and teacher feedback together. The case is self-reported by the interviewee. The customer is not a small OPC team, and the test ratio is not a common standard for other companies.

Gamma and Baseten: Balancing Image Quality and Whole-Presentation Experience

Presentations are generated quickly and still require images and content to work together. The Gamma customer case disclosed by Baseten directly introduces FDE's participation in image model testing and production optimization. This article starts from the actual use process of a material and discusses waiting, image adaptation and editability, and where a small team should focus its energy when providing industry demonstration services.

iFlytek's CHN Energy FDE: Turning Expert Corrections into Reusable Rules

A manual revision in the procurement review may result from an identification error, a condition that does not apply, or the material is incomplete. iFlytek lists the recruitment of agents for National Energy Group as an FDE practice. Based on this, this article analyzes why these corrections need to be processed separately, how to retain the basis for judgment, and what type of review data collection services a small team can start from.

Rippling and Decagon: Identifying the Product before Resolving Support Requests

The same account or salary issue may need to be handled by different product teams. The Rippling case disclosed by Decagon directly mentions forward deployment engineering support, customized interfaces and customer service tool replacement. This article analyzes how to turn questions into manageable problems, how labels can help professional diversion, and how to retain service continuity when tools are replaced.
