Yuanzhen Digital's Vehicle-Office FDE: Connecting Document Recognition with Processing

Datawhale includes interviews with Yuan Zhen Digital from legacy system operation and maintenance to vehicle management office business, involving material identification and cross-system transfer. This article focuses on how abnormal data is returned to staff, who confirms rule changes, and how records are left for repeated implementations; the results are self-reported by the interviewees, the project procurement data is not verified, and the identification ability is not written as administrative approval authority.

The operation and maintenance relationship gives the service provider the opportunity to understand the actual handling of the case

The second interview with Datawhale was shared by the founder of Wenzhou Yuanzhen Digital Technology Co., Ltd., describing his experience of entering the vehicle management office site from system operation and maintenance, and then using visual recognition, OCR, large models and RPA to assist in material processing and system circulation. What is used here is the interviewee’s narrative, and the specific customer name and procurement acceptance materials have not been independently verified.

This case is suitable for studying how FDE finds ongoing jobs. This article does not use the processing speed, business volume and identification ratio in the interview to make performance promises, nor does it obtain any mass processing materials. The following anomaly triage and inspection method is ChinaOPC analysis.

After reading the material, you still need to know which thing corresponds to it

Imagine an ordinary document acceptance process: the same applicant submits two versions of attachments. The system recognizes the name and date, but still needs to know which version belongs to which application. Only looking at whether the extracted fields are correct may miss the layer of whether the data and business objects correspond.

The implementer can first define the application identification, attachment version and processing status with the business personnel, and then decide where the automation should be written. What is emphasized here is the process design method, not the disclosure of the public security business system interface, internal fields or actual permissions.

Exceptions must be formed into matters that can continue to be processed

Unclear pictures, missing attachments, field conflicts, and temporary inability to access downstream systems are all different reasons. If the system uniformly prompts "processing failure", the staff will have to check again from the beginning; if it can explain which step it stopped at and what basis it has, it will be easier to arrange follow-up verification.

A discussable handoff that can include source material references, conflicts discovered, actions taken, and people to be confirmed. Whether these data can be used, how long they will be retained, and who can view them must first obtain corresponding authorization and implement protection measures. Real documents cannot be uploaded to unapproved tools for the convenience of testing.

If you have different opinions on the rules, you need to go back to the person who has the authority to make the decision

Interviewees mentioned that automation can make rule differences in the original process apparent. As with any similar project, the technical team can present issues and impacts but should not relax business conditions at its discretion. The explanations given by the model do not constitute administrative approval rules or personal basis for handling matters.

Rule adjustments should be confirmed by the authorized business leader in accordance with applicable requirements before entering configuration, testing and release records. The test must not only look at normal samples, but also look at information conflicts and situations that should be handled manually; you cannot just use easy-to-pass materials to prove that the system can be fully released.

Automated execution, but also to prevent not knowing whether it has been executed

If the downstream page times out and retries directly, it may encounter a situation where the previous one actually succeeded. For actions such as repeated filling in and status updating, the project should agree in advance on how to check the results, how to stop and compensate, and who will handle it when an uncertain state occurs.

This is also part of the scope of delivery. The initial identification function, joint debugging with the original system, on-site communication and subsequent changes require different investments. The service provider needs to judge the project based on the actual authorization and the maintenance responsibilities that can be assumed, rather than promising to automatically close the entire business based on a material identification demonstration.
