Identify who this application concerns
We reviewed the October 30, 2026 notice from Shijiazhuang High-Tech Zone's science and technology bureau. It addresses community operators, including independent legal-person status, premises, materials and recognition procedures. Individuals seeking desks or projects have different tasks from operating entities preparing community applications. Tenant companies should not simply adopt operators' checklists.
The notice covers premises, tenants, computing services, service staff and mentors, and online communities. Check thresholds against the official page and attachments. We do not rewrite official provisions, offer inside allocations or act as an application agent. A ChinaOPC directory listing is not government recognition under this call.
Official deadline wording
官方原文节录:“首批申报受理时间截至2026年11月5日”。
English reference: Acceptance of first-round applications ends on November 5, 2026. The Chinese wording above is retained unchanged.
The notice also requires paper and electronic materials to reach Room 518 at the bureau before the deadline; consult the original for quantities and submission details. No hour is specified, so we do not infer a 24:00 deadline. Confirm receipt arrangements with the authority. Finished paperwork is not evidence of acceptance.
Our suggestion: connect every statement to evidence
Operators can create an internal table linking requirements, evidence, issuers, status and unresolved questions. This is not the official application form and adds no eligibility conditions. Revealing gaps early is more useful than assembling complete-looking statements at the deadline.
Check that operator names, locations, uses and premises evidence agree. For tenant services, align company names, contracting entities and actual recipients. Resolve discrepancies with original documents and responsible people, retaining corrections rather than substituting promotional copy for evidence.
An online community should show continuing service
The notice addresses ongoing online operation and updates. Check access, service validity, labels on outdated information and response ownership. Our suggestions help explain actual service; they are not scoring rules issued on the authority's behalf.
Before submission, have different people check completeness, the community concerned and agreement between electronic and paper copies. Retain handover or receipt evidence. Acceptance, review, public notice and final recognition remain distinct. The notice is not a recognition list, so it establishes no newly approved directory entries.
