Sending the document does not mean that the acceptance has been cleared

AI-assisted delivery may produce multiple plans, model results, and customer feedback at the same time. If there is no corresponding relationship, it will be difficult for both parties to determine which draft is the confirmation draft and which revision has been completed. This article proposes a recording method and does not judge contract performance for any specific project.

Keep the origin of each result

Associate the customer's confirmed requirements, usage data, versions, inspection results and confirmation status. The change description should indicate what work is affected, and the exception record should explain what happened, how to deal with it, and the unresolved parts. There is no need to cover important issues in the process with a beautiful manuscript.

The roles played by the customer confirmor and the internal reviewer are different and should be recorded according to the actual arrangements. When it comes to public releases or business system operations, necessary confirmation and execution results are retained. Automation can help organize records, but it cannot replace customer acceptance with a successful return of a tool.

What to hand over at the end

Deliver the finished product, necessary source files, instructions for use, backlog and maintenance boundaries, and describe the data storage arrangements. The next collaborator can understand and continue processing, which is closer to sustainable delivery. Extended reading: Quotation and version reconciliation.
