From the day I moved in, I thought about how to continue operating in the future.
Shanghai’s current round of OPC community application notice includes settlement assessment, incubation and exit management as community conditions. For entrepreneurs, this provides a perspective on reading cooperative arrangements: in addition to what resources are available, one should also ask how the business will continue after the cooperation changes or ends. This is ChinaOPC’s operational analysis and does not infer the existence of migration restrictions in any community.
Being able to log in with an account does not mean that you can manage it yourself
First distinguish the accounts controlled by the person or the company, the sub-accounts provided by the operator, and the entrance managed by the partner. Who can adjust permissions, restore access, change contact information, and export necessary records may affect the continuity of daily work. It should be confirmed through actual visible settings and written service scope, rather than assuming that all management capabilities are already available just because you get a login password.
An export, a member permission adjustment, and an exception takeover can be practiced in an approved test environment. The walkthrough only covers authorized areas and does not attempt to circumvent platform permissions, nor does it require sharing one's master account or putting sensitive information into public groups.
List the business information in the catalog first, and then talk about taking it away
It is not necessarily only the final documents that need to be checked, but may also include project versions, necessary customer confirmations, template configurations and sources of knowledge items. You should confirm which data you can keep and which use is restricted by contract or license. This is not a unified legal conclusion on the ownership of data, nor can we assume that just because a backup is made, it can be transferred to others at will.
- Retention scope: data types, holders and update locations required for cooperation.
- Available formats: Is it possible to get formats that can be processed instead of just screenshots.
- Permission conditions: who approves the export, scope of use and how subsequent access is handled.
- Handover verification: Which files have been received by the other party, whether they can be opened, and what instructions are still missing.
Customer connection also needs to clarify the cooperation role
The customers you develop yourself, the leads introduced by the platform, and the projects you jointly undertake may correspond to different communication, signing and settlement arrangements. Before contacting, explain who can contact the customer and who is responsible for quotation and after-sales service, so as to avoid directly interpreting an introduction as a long-term exclusive customer relationship. Whether the service can be continued after the cooperation ends should be judged based on the actual agreement and applicable requirements.
When relying on multiple service providers at the same time, you can draw a simple dependency diagram: where are the customer acquisition portal, project information, business account and delivery tools. Once a piece of support changes, identify the specific actions that will be disrupted before discussing whether alternatives are needed; don't assume that all resources are immediately replicable.
Turn the verification results into executable handover arrangements
A useful record should indicate who confirmed it, scope of application, to-do items, and review time. Only matters stated verbally are reserved for confirmation and are not regarded as existing service rights. For teams that have already settled in, you can also complete the records starting from a current project without having to wait until you exit to take inventory.
