Choosing October 24–25 AI Events: Bring One Real Work Problem

The WaytoAGI event page lists the multi-city AI competition schedule from October 24th to 25th, but the dates for each venue are not exactly the same. This article starts from what entrepreneurs want to verify, and discusses venue selection, demonstration preparation, and cooperation communication. The event has not yet been held. Fees, quotas, and work requirements should be based on the corresponding registration page. Participating in the conference does not mean obtaining an order, cooperation qualification, or investment.

First select the session according to your own tasks

The 1024 Discussion Conference page of WaytoAGI Events schedules the event for October 24-25, 2026, and lists venues in multiple cities. The page also states that some events are only held for one day, and participants should check the corresponding event page. This article is a pre-conference resource introduction, not a report on the event results.

For OPC entrepreneurs who already have industry experience or customer relationships, it may be more helpful to first clarify the issues they want to verify, and then determine which event is suitable for them, rather than choosing only based on the scale of the event. If you want to find development collaborators, ask people to try out the prototype, and understand the capabilities of the tool, you need to prepare different materials.

Bring a question that can be judged by others

For example, people who work in store service can prepare a simulation task: organize authorized business information into a verifiable draft introduction. First explain who is processing it now, where the data comes from, and which step is most likely to make mistakes, and then show your attempts. Don't just say "I want to make a universal agent."

Demonstrations are best left with observable results: what the inputs are, where the system outputs them, and where they still need to be checked manually. If the product cannot yet complete a certain step, clearly display the limitations and let the communicator know whether we are discussing an idea, a prototype, or an already used service. The above are suggestions from ChinaOPC, not unified work standards stipulated by the organizer.

National event dates, not equal to each venue’s schedule

There are both multi-day and single-day sessions on the current page. For example, the Nanjing venue is listed on October 25th, and the Tianjin venue is listed on October 24th. Before departure, you should open the actual registration page and check the address, time, qualifications, fees and seats; you cannot arrange a two-day itinerary based only on the national theme page.

This article does not provide unverified ticket prices and registration deadlines, nor does it reserve a spot with any organizer. The page arrangement may be adjusted. Please continue to check the participation guidelines and latest announcements after successful registration.

When looking for a partner, first discuss a short period to clarify cooperation

When you meet interested developers or service providers on site, you can first exchange a task description that does not contain customer secrets, and agree on whether you are willing to do a small-scale verification together in the future. Business cooperation should clearly specify the time investment, attribution of results, expenses and external commitments. An on-site exchange cannot be written as an completed project.

If you need to display customer cases, you should first confirm that you have obtained consent for use, and perform necessary processing of data and personal information. Simulated data, AI-generated materials, and unfinished capabilities used in event demonstrations should also be identifiable to viewers.

After the end, keep records that can be continued.

The gain from an activity can be discovering a hypothesis that needs to be re-verified, finding someone who can explain an industry problem, or confirming that the existing solution is not suitable for the customer. Turning this information into the next wide-scale action is easier to review than treating the number of people you know as business growth.

This article understands OPC from the perspective of a small team with ten people or less on the platform, and AI actually participates in the operation. Partnership collaboration is not excluded because the activity uses the theme of "one person". Participating in the event does not guarantee receiving orders, financing or becoming a partner. Specific work requirements are still subject to the rules of each event.
