Tencent Cloud ADP's FDE Approach: Skills, Partner Qualifications and Delivery

Tencent Cloud ADP has disclosed FDE certification and partner ecosystem description, providing an entry point for studying domestic enterprise-level intelligent agent delivery. This article discusses individual learning, service provider application and customer project delivery separately, and proposes cases and responsibility lists that companies should prepare. Obtaining a certificate is not equated with existing orders, official endorsement or complete delivery capabilities.

Publicly state what kind of entrance is provided

The official article of Tencent Cloud ADP team on September 17 introduced the FDE engineer certification and service partner system, involving capabilities such as demand understanding, solutions, application construction and delivery. The certification and partner levels here belong to the corresponding manufacturer's system and cannot be rewritten as a national professional qualification or a unified license for all FDE businesses.

This article studies how domestic service companies build capability information based on this public page. It does not identify partners for any team, does not publish unverified cooperation lists, and does not directly interpret certification activities as business opportunities or order allocations.

Personnel learning and corporate services are two records

Individuals can supplement product knowledge through learning and practice, and companies also need to demonstrate how to organize real delivery. ChinaOPC recommends keeping personnel skill data and project delivery data separately: the former describes familiar tools and tasks, and the latter describes what problems have been solved, which part you are responsible for, and which results have been confirmed by customers.

When customers inquire about capabilities, they can display desensitization samples, demand descriptions, test records and operation manuals that they have the right to disclose. If the name of the partner, customer ID and undisclosed information are involved, authorization must be checked first. One personnel certification is not a substitute for an entire company's scope of services, project experience and ongoing maintenance arrangements.

The small team first establishes a collaborative method that can take over

When the team size is limited, it should be explained who understands the industry process, who configures and develops it, who reviews the results, and who is responsible for post-launch issues. One person can assume multiple roles, but customer authorization, technical implementation and acceptance confirmation still need to have clear responsibilities and records. The small number of people does not mean that necessary verification steps can be omitted.

  • Product capabilities: Can you reproduce a basic workflow and explain the known limitations?
  • Business capabilities: Can you organize customer descriptions into specific input, output and exception paths?
  • Engineering capabilities: Can you manage versions, permissions, test environments and release records.
  • Operational capability: whether it can continue to receive problems, indicating the response scope and handover when the service is stopped.

Partner application and business cooperation will be confirmed separately

Enterprises planning to join the ecology should directly check the current conditions of the official portal, check the entities, personnel, project information and review arrangements. This article does not reiterate fees or testing parameters that may change, nor does it replace application review. Even if you apply through a certain level of partners, the delivery scope, data usage and fees still need to be agreed separately with each customer.

For corporate purchasers, you can first ask the service provider to explain the actual contracting entity, team division of labor and evidence of existing capabilities, and then confirm the searchable basis for the so-called partnership. Don’t make purchasing decisions based solely on the manufacturer’s logo on the home page.
