Qingmu Technology's Efficiency Lab: Developing Business-Aware AI Delivery Skills

Qingmu Technology's semi-annual report introduces efficiency laboratories, AI training and compound talent training. This article distinguishes between the usage of FDE within the company and its external service status, and then analyzes it from four aspects: real tasks, trial production records, colleagues taking over and ability evaluation, to help small teams determine what is left after the training, rather than just counting the number of times the tool is used.

Source timingThe reporting period is from January to June 2026; this time I read the original disclosure of the 2026 semi-annual report; the data is verified on 2026-10-18.

First read the company’s own FDE usage

Qingmu Technology's 2026 semi-annual report introduces efficiency laboratories, internal learning and AI training on pages 10 and 16 to 17, and uses FDE to refer to compound talents who understand business and can use AI in business closed loops. This is the company's definition in the context of organization building, and it cannot be directly inferred that all personnel undertake external residency projects or have a certain unified certification.

Compared with only discussing procurement tools, this disclosure provides another research clue: how the original business personnel turn experience into operable work. ChinaOPC has not participated in its internal training, nor has it verified the training effect. The task design and evaluation methods given below are independent analyses. Qingmu Technology is not classified as OPC because it is a subject of research.

Start learning from a task that already has a responsible person

A small team can first choose a task that occurs every week and can obtain necessary information, such as sorting out product information that is approved for disclosure and forming a draft content to be reviewed. First, let the business staff write down the correct results, common errors, data sources and final confirmers, and then decide what tools to use. Learning objectives should be connected to existing responsibilities.

It is not appropriate to ask students to automate all processes from the beginning. The first round can only be completed with extraction, sorting or suggestions, allowing the existing responsible persons to continue to confirm the final results. In this way, you can not only compare the work before and after the trial, but also see the judgment conditions originally hidden in personal experience.

The trial production process requires leaving reproducible materials

  • Input samples: have usage basis, retain applicable scenarios and update time.
  • Operation instructions: Others can complete it step by step, indicating what permissions are required.
  • Results and rework: Which ones were adopted, which ones needed to be modified, and why.
  • Stop conditions: Who to transfer to when data is missing, rules conflict, or the tool is invalid.

Problems found in the test can become the content of the next study. For example, if product specifications are repeatedly wrong, basic information may need to be unified first; if the tone of voice of different brands is inconsistent, review standards may need to be clarified. None of these can be replaced by simply asking employees to "be better at writing prompt words."

Use colleagues to take over to test abilities instead of just watching demonstrations

Arrange a colleague who is not involved in the development to complete similar tasks according to the instructions in the agreed environment. Observe whether it can find the data, determine anomalies, record modifications, and hand it over to the next processor. Trainees can clearly explain the limitations and maintenance methods, which is closer to sustainable business capabilities than just submitting a beautiful result picture.

Quality, manual review time, call costs and maintenance burden are recorded separately during evaluation. A faster generation does not mean that the overall delivery is cheaper; if a large number of revisions are added later, this part should be included in the process. Tools, accounts, and resources that require ongoing payment should also have clear owners.

Public reports can prove that the company has made relevant organizational and method disclosures, but cannot replace the assessment of each employee's ability. Small teams can learn from the learning arrangement of "task-try-out-feedback-take over" and keep records according to their own conditions without applying the promotion effect figures or manpower change ratios in the report.
