On October 16, the Qiaokou District Government website released a solicitation notice for the 2026 "Wuchuang Hui" scientific and technological achievements transformation and docking activity. This call for an offline event is open to relevant units or institutions with legal person status in Wuhan. The event must be held in Qiaokou District. It is not a general order-taking portal for individuals across the country.
The notice stated that the collection deadline was October 23 and that the event would be held in November. It did not list the deadline or unified receiving email address. Institutions preparing to participate should directly check the original text and the delivery requirements of the competent authority, and do not regard the monthly schedule as the specific event date. This article only provides reading and preparation methods and does not replace official qualification review.
Hosting events, opening scenes and providing products are three tasks
Event organizers need to coordinate plans, participants and on-site implementation; scenario parties explain where there are unsolved problems; product parties explain what they can provide. Small teams can first determine which work they will undertake and then find the corresponding contact person. Being able to demonstrate an AI tool does not automatically mean that it is qualified to host the entire event.
For individuals or teams that do not have direct application conditions, this public information can serve as a clue to understand how industry docking works. You can prepare product and scene materials first, and pay attention to subsequent official event notifications; you cannot self-identify as qualified to participate in conferences, roadshows, or use customer data based on this institutional solicitation.
Write a problem as a requirement and first find someone who has the authority to confirm it.

When preparing scenario data, you can record the actual users, current processing methods, areas you hope to improve, existing environments, and conditions to be confirmed. Try to let the demand come from the confirmation of the corresponding unit, retain the source and date, and do not replace the other party's purchasing intention with the salesperson's guess about the industry's pain points.
For example, a small software team may want to demonstrate a data wrangling tool that explains what kind of files it works with, what inputs it requires, who checks the output, and what has not yet been verified. This scenario is only a ChinaOPC example. When there is a lack of customer budget or interface information, clearly marking the unknown will facilitate subsequent discussions rather than completing a seemingly mature cooperation project for the customer.
The filling examples in the form cannot be regarded as released tasks.
The official website has spread out forms such as activities, achievement requirements, contracted projects, scenarios and products. The scene table contains examples of filling in XX Park, XX Factory, etc. These words are used to explain how to fill in the form and do not prove that a specific park or factory is purchasing. When reprinting and organizing, this boundary should be retained, and it cannot be published as a real business opportunity by changing the place name.
Product materials can separately describe existing capabilities, applicable environments, and desired trial conditions. Being willing to participate in a demonstration is different from having committed to long-term free service. If a trial is involved in the follow-up, the time limit, data scope, personnel input and exit arrangements should be confirmed separately, and one communication should not be implemented indefinitely by default.
Keep separate certificates for activity records and business performance
When the organizer prepares materials, each requirement and display can be matched with the actual participating units, and the certificates that are approved to be provided can be retained. In order to achieve the goal of the event, do not add irrelevant old projects into this outcome; do not record knowing the partner, signing the intention, and completing the delivery as the same status. For the product team, the next step after communication may be just to supplement information, arrange a demonstration or discuss a pilot, and does not necessarily lead to an order. Whether the two parties cooperate depends on how the tasks, authorization, fees and acceptance are determined.
