Nanjing's Taiwan Youth OPC Space: Find a Transferable Task across Specialties

On October 22, a Cross-Strait Youth Entrepreneurship Incubator Salon was held in Nanjing. Public reports mentioned the settlement of Taiwan youth enterprises and the different service directions of Jiangnan and Jiangbei spaces. This article starts from cross-professional cooperation and discusses how to demonstrate capabilities, divide tasks and confirm handovers, so that communication can enter actual work; the growth statements and planning arrangements in the activities do not serve as ChinaOPC’s verified operating results or settlement guarantee.

Find different cooperation partners from different spatial directions

China News Service reported on October 22 that Nanjing held a Cross-Strait Youth Entrepreneurship Incubator Salon, and Taiwanese youth companies settled in the relevant OPC entrepreneurial space; the report also introduced the differences in service directions between Jiangnan and Jiangbei spaces. This article uses this as an observation entry point for communication and collaboration, and does not infer entrepreneurial effectiveness based on the scale of activities.

In the same community, there may be people who are good at content expression, people who are familiar with industrial processes, and people who can integrate tools into existing systems. What each other needs is not necessarily a full partnership, but sometimes a job that can be handed over clearly. The following method is ChinaOPC analysis and is not a supplementary report on the results of on-site cooperation at the event.

When introducing capabilities, explain the input and output

Instead of introducing "AI" in general, you can come up with a desensitized example to explain clearly what information was obtained, what manual judgments were made, and what was finally delivered. What content producers may need is a software demonstration that can be edited, and what technology developers may need is a script that can explain usage scenarios. The results of both parties must be able to be connected.

Introducing limits is equally valuable. Available time, familiarity with the industry, information that must be provided by the client, and tasks that are not undertaken will affect whether the other party can arrange cooperation. By clarifying these contents in advance, it will be easier to filter out the truly matching needs.

Put the starting point of cooperation on a complete handover

The simulation pilot proposed by ChinaOPC is to produce a short product demonstration: one party confirms the product facts, one party organizes the script and screen sequence, and the other party handles the necessary technical demonstration. First agree on the standards for the sample and the person who will confirm each revision, and then discuss whether to continue to expand the scope, rather than bundling all capabilities together from the beginning.

Each link needs to know when the previous step is complete, who will correct the errors, and where the data can be used. When encountering changes in customer requirements, the affected delivery content should be judged together to avoid counting all differences in understanding between different majors as one party's rework.

Record the value of collaboration, not just how many people you know

After a communication, you can observe whether effective examples have been formed, whether repeated explanations have been reduced, and whether the agreement can be followed in the next collaboration. The number of group members, the number of business cards and the project contract are different records and cannot be replaced by each other.

The growth statement in the event report does not have a complete base, cost and audit information, and this article does not calculate replicable benefits based on it; the space planning does not represent the availability of real-time work stations. Interprofessional collaboration is better judged from actual handover records. You can continue reading First Collaborator Selection and Project Acceptance Example.
