The two carriers provide different observation entrances
The Tianjin Daily report published on the Tianjin Government Affairs Network on October 15 introduced the Langfang Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Digital Talent Port OPC Community and the Tianjin Wuqing Digital Cube OPC Community, involving AI creation supporting facilities, computing power and scene connections. ChinaOPC has added the information to the catalog accordingly. The inclusion does not mean that it has conducted on-site inspections or established cooperation with the operator.
The corporate progress, resource quotas and cost changes reported in the report have their own time points and conditions and cannot be directly regarded as the rights and interests of new applicants. The focus of this article is how to turn resource introduction into specific items that can be verified. The following list is ChinaOPC’s original suggestion and is not the application details of the two communities.
The computing power quota is first converted into your own tasks.
Learn from the operator about the available models, call entrances, applicable accounts, validity period, concurrency limits and overage processing. The measurement methods used in video production, text reasoning and training may be different. You cannot use a word quota to directly promise how many minutes of video you can produce. Task consumption and labor rework should be tested first with a small sample that you have access to.
You also need to confirm whether the quota belongs to an enterprise, an individual or a public account; whether it can continue to be used, exported or migrated after the project is over. Whether public resources can be used for customers' commercial projects must be clearly stated. Just because you can log in does not mean that you have all commercial rights by default.
Confirm tool availability and data availability separately.
The existence of the tool entrance does not mean that customer data is allowed to be uploaded. You can first draw the services and accounts through which the data passes, and then check which third parties need to be sent to, who will keep them, and how to delete them. For materials that have not yet been authorized, simulated content will be used during the demonstration phase, and the decision will be made whether to integrate it into real work after the conditions are clear.
- Tool package: functions, versions, account ownership and service restrictions.
- Training and coaching: actual arrangements, objects and participation methods.
- Space services: reception location, fees, workstations and registration conditions.
- Industry docking: whether it is communication activities, solicitation of expressions of interest, or confirmed procurement needs.
For business needs, find someone who has the authority to confirm them.
After receiving a project introduction, you can confirm whether the demand subject, target users, budget have been discussed, delivery scope and follow-up contact person. The community's help in matchmaking does not mean making decisions for the purchaser; the exchange of intentions cannot be counted as a contract has been signed. Without the consent of the other party, the contact's private information or unpublished business information will not be disclosed.
The team can participate in the matching with a one-page capability description, clearly describing what it can do, examples of authorization that can be displayed, what needs to be prepared by the other party, and the scope of what it will not accept for the time being. First form a mutual confirmation around a small task, and then decide whether to continue investing. The community entry fee cannot be understood as a purchase order.
Keep the access results as an updateable record
Each consultation records the time, source of reply, confirmed conditions and items to be confirmed. Policy coupons are checked according to the official current regulations, and operational discounts are checked according to actual written conditions; planned services are retained as plans. Such records also make it easier to compare resources across regions and avoid selecting spaces based solely on promotional numbers.
