According to n8n’s official customer story, ITNT Media Group uses Maato to connect e-commerce product import, keyword analysis, content generation and publishing, which includes images of AI characters displaying products. The research process of this article does not use the sales growth figures in the case to prove the general effect, nor does it identify organizations with unverified numbers as OPC.
A product needs to have information that can be cited first.
The following are ChinaOPC's independent design suggestions for small teams, and are not Maato's public internal field tables. Before creating materials for merchants, you can determine product numbers, specific specifications, packaging lists, image sources, and available product descriptions. Copywriting, pictures and short videos should correspond to the same product version, and the advantages of similar products cannot be put together to form a new style that does not actually exist.
Keyword analysis provides what users may be looking for and does not automatically complete product facts. For example, a search term involving waterproof capabilities is suitable for use in the description only if the corresponding product information can support it. AI writes a certain performance based on hot words, but it does not mean that the product already has that performance. Missing information can be turned into questions that need to be supplemented by the merchant, and the generated model cannot be used to answer the questions for the merchant.
AI character display and physical experience must be understood separately
Taking clothing materials as an example, AI-generated pictures of people wearing clothes can express a matching idea, but the drape, fit and movement status in the picture should not be directly regarded as the actual try-on results. The team can submit the real-shot reference and the generated images to the merchant for inspection, focusing on checking whether the color, pattern, pockets, collar and accessories have been changed. The specific inspection items depend on the product and cannot just be based on whether the picture looks good.
If the merchant does not provide information on the back, parts, or certain sizes, the generated drawings should not be interpreted as demonstrating these details. You can first narrow the display scope and retain the angles that the data can support. When used externally, AI content identification needs to be processed in accordance with applicable rules and publishing platform requirements, and the nature of the display must be clearly visible to readers; it cannot be implied that the generated characters are actual purchasers or real experiencers.
Materials for the same product need to be updated together
Once product descriptions enter multiple channels, it is easy to find that the main text has been revised and the old pictures are still circulating. A small team can keep a material list for each product, recording which images and texts use which material version, which locations have been sent, and which ones are still to be released. After changes in packaging or specifications, first find the affected materials before deciding to redo, withdraw, or add explanations.
When batch processing, you don't have to feed everything into the same build process. Stable fields can be filled in according to fixed rules, tone and narrative can be left to AI to propose multiple solutions, and judgments involving product capabilities can be returned to the original basis. This helps distinguish which ones are just expression changes and which ones have changed the meaning of the product. It also makes it easier for merchants to focus on reviewing a few places that really require judgment.
The delivery list is closer to continuous service than a single drawing
A pilot project with a clear scope can only focus on a small number of confirmed products and deliver original data sheets, generated materials, corresponding versions and channel adaptation instructions. If merchants want to add products, adjust brand language, or take additional photos of physical objects, they should record the workload separately. Models, image generation, external interfaces and manual modifications all have costs, and the number of materials cannot be directly equated to the number of available assets.
The original case focuses on further exploring open source model self-hosting as a direction, and it cannot be said that it has been completely migrated based on this. Platform and deployment selection still comes back to the customer's profile, maintenance capabilities and cost arrangements. For domestic teams, this case is suitable for observing how product information flows to multiple materials; specific tool entrances, content rules, and operating effects should be verified based on their own business conditions.
