One upload does not mean that all uses have been identified
Photos of people may be used for generation, modification, internal selection or public promotion, and different tasks need to be confirmed separately. This article puts forward work suggestions based on the official text of the Personal Information Protection Law and the application scenarios of human image products, and does not determine the basis for processing any specific services.
State the scope of work before collection
Describe what data is received, why it is needed, which services are used, who can access it and how long it is stored. The photos collected for generation do not automatically enter the public case library; the company provides a list of employees and should also confirm relevant authorizations and internal responsibilities, rather than relying solely on the verbal statements of the person in charge.
When trying it out, first use the approved test data and observe the upload, generation, download and exit processes. For input of inappropriate quality, explain why it needs to be replaced, and do not request additional information irrelevant to the task. Character identity, portrait use, and image authenticity are discussed separately. Good generation results do not mean that they can be used for any purpose.
Still needs to be closed after delivery
The original photos, intermediate files and backups will be processed as agreed. Public display requires additional confirmation, and the generated scene identification will be retained. Extended reading: Research on professional headshot project.
