Interview sorting often only requires understanding needs, usage habits and problems, and does not need to deal with identity documents, home addresses or irrelevant contacts at the same time. Divide the data into working copies and corresponding tables
List permitted uses, purposes, recipients, and storage arrangements before you begin. The working copy replaces name, phone number and other information irrelevant to the task with stable numbers; the number correspondence table is kept separately to avoid being pasted into the model together. Keep the scope of access to the original records and do not use "convenience of organization" as a reason for expanding their use.
Check randomly before and after processing: whether the contact information in the picture is missing, whether the name is retained in the file name, and whether the content of different people is mistakenly merged. The AI-generated demand summary must be able to return to the original approved record without adding inferred occupation, income or identity to the user profile.
What to look for in acceptance
Delivery data catalog, number description, summary and matters to be confirmed; recovery correspondence required by the customer shall be completed by authorized personnel.
