Digital China's AI for Process: Turning Workflows into Joint Confirmations

Digital China’s public records introduce process-centric AI implementation and FDE services. This article starts from the handover between business steps and discusses what records should be formed when scene screening, data preparation and demand changes, so that buyers know what they need to participate in, and do not directly describe the manufacturer's method introduction as the effect that the customer has achieved.

Implementation direction given by public record

Pages 3 to 5 of the Investor Relations Activity Record of Digital China No. 20260831 link FDE with scenario selection, process sorting, data preparation and intelligent agent construction, and introduce the business direction with AI for Process. These are enterprise disclosures of service methods, and ChinaOPC has not obtained complete requirements, testing or acceptance documents from customers.

When a company says it hopes to "make its processes smart," it may also refer to data collection, internal circulation, system entry, and external feedback. They require a different basis than authorization. This article selects the handover between processes as the object of analysis. The following examples and methods are all designed by ChinaOPC and are not restorations of Digital China customer projects.

Connect the input to the next user

Taking an internal service application as a simulation scenario, first list what information the submitter provided, who checked whether it is complete, what suggestions the system provides, and who finally decides to accept the application. Each output should have a clear recipient, who can explain how to continue working after getting the result. Only defining and generating a piece of text often does not complete a business by defining it.

The demand interview can be started from the latest normal record and an abnormal record. Check who they passed through, which forms were used, where they were reworked, and which step must be judged. Records displayed with authorization are more likely to expose missing interfaces and caliber conflicts than abstract discussions of "efficiency improvements."

Who confirms and to what step?

  • The business leader confirms the meaning of the results and matters that cannot be determined automatically.
  • The person in charge of the data confirms the scope of the data, how to update it, and what to do if it is missing.
  • Engineering personnel confirm interface conditions, failure paths and version records.
  • The person taking over confirms whether he or she can operate, locate and pause the corresponding task.

A small business does not necessarily have four positions, but these issues still need to be addressed to those who have the authority to confirm. External FDE can help with recording and implementation, but it cannot determine all business rules for customers, nor can it automatically regard the feedback of a trial employee as company acceptance.

When changes occur, write differences into alternatives

After the trial, it is found that there are exceptions to the original process. You can list out the plans for retaining labor, filling in information, adding rules, and reducing the scope of the first phase. Each item explains what investment should be added and which links should be affected, and then it is up to both parties to choose. This can turn changes into work that can be discussed and avoid constantly filling in requirements on site without anyone knowing that the scope has been expanded.

When comparing plans, outstanding prerequisites should be recorded. The temporary unavailability of the interface and the lack of model capabilities are different reasons; mixing the two will make subsequent testing and procurement judgments lose the basis. The document can leave "pending confirmation" instead of assuming that all conditions are met in order to form a complete demonstration.

This article does not include the company's other hardware businesses, FAE support or growth data into FDE results. AI for Process is the name of the company's public method. Readers can use this to understand process collaboration, but they still need to evaluate service personnel, construction time, environment and costs based on their own tasks.
