Wang Bingchuan's Move into AI Training: Help Learners Complete Their Own Work

An October 24 Handan Radio and Television report described Wang Bingchuan shifting from video creation to AI skills training and related application services. This article examines how industry experience can inform exercises, examples and follow-up around actual job tasks. Reported progress is not expanded into audited income or generally repeatable startup success.

Knowing how to use AI and teaching someone to apply it at work require different preparation. The Handan Radio and Television report republished by Sina described Wang founding Hebei Junzi Buqi Technology in September this year, moving into AI training while exploring content production and application services. We treat this as a public lead and have not interviewed him or his customers.

Previous business experience can guide exercise selection

Video creators may understand why customers revise scripts, why shots are insufficient and whose approval a final film needs. Training based on that experience can move from generating content to judging its suitability. This is our analysis, not verification of Wang's actual curriculum.

A hypothetical course for store operators could provide approved product facts, ask learners to draft a short-video script, then check prices, conditions and wording against those facts. The outcome includes a script and revision record colleagues can review, not only a prompt.

Different jobs need different tasks with the same tool

Sales staff may organize customer questions, administrators check meeting arrangements and creators develop visuals and narrative. One impressive demonstration for everyone can leave learners able to follow a class but unable to start a task back at work.

Before preparing lessons, ask participants about a recent repetitive task, establish what material is permitted in training and design inputs, completion criteria and common errors. Use anonymized or fictional examples for customer information rather than uploading real business material to an unapproved service for demonstration purposes.

Follow-up defines the training service boundary

Account problems, tool updates and changed business processes are different follow-up issues. Specify support topics, duration, material updates and development requests needing separate assessment. One course does not include unlimited done-for-you work or guarantee orders for every learner.

If agent development or content services follow training, agree their deliverables and fees separately rather than putting every promise into course advertising. We lack complete staff, order and financial records and cannot assess profitability from the report. The case raises service methods worth testing.
