Store Inspection Photo Registers: Turning Scattered Images into Reviewable Records

Sell traceable records

Target operators overseeing a few stores. Build a table from authorized photographs with dates, stores, areas and questions, linking originals. AI suggests categories and people confirm them. It cannot certify fire, food or equipment safety.

Start with one full inspection

Show merchant contacts self-created examples, then request an anonymized inspection set. Compare whether the same issue can be located before and after organization, without promising fewer accidents. Include blurred, duplicate and unlocated photographs.

Estimate information quality

Inconsistent photography, missing locations and follow-up calls increase work. Bound stores, images and revisions before quoting, itemizing supplementary data and historical archiving. Consider automatic uploads or subscriptions only after customers repeatedly use results at an acceptable price.
