Who needs recurring narration updates
A clearer task than selling generated voices is updating an equipment merchant's existing instruction video after parameters change. The deliverable is version-checkable audio ready to insert into the video. This is a simulated project, not an identified procurement request.
CosyVoice's official text-to-speech and pronunciation-control capabilities offer a technical lead. Generation does not prove willingness to pay; review, recording conditions and language suitability require trials.
Map deliverables to the product
A trial package could contain approved scripts, model and technical-term pronunciations, segmented audio, filenames and revision records. Identify product versions, script versions and video positions so later parameter changes affect known segments rather than an entire video.
Establish factual approvers, available voice assets, file formats and responsibility for editing and publication. For identifiable voices, obtain permission for the intended use and record its scope. Without reliable evidence, choose a voice option with clear terms.
Bring a before-and-after version sample
Founders with industry contacts can ask merchants what changed, who maintains narration and which steps take time. With consent, trial a short nonsensitive segment and compare scripts and audio. Clients should be able to identify errors, not merely judge realism.
Validate update frequency, alternatives and approvers' willingness to listen. Rare updates or an adequate existing recording process may make the service unsuitable. Record interviews rather than manufacturing demand to justify a model.
Put revision scope into the quotation
Separate glossary creation, script review, generation, listening and agreed revisions. Explain factual changes, extra languages and generation-error correction. These are costing ideas, not verified market prices.
Track generation attempts, review time and rework per segment before choosing fixed packages or recurring updates. Do not publish unchecked parameters or instructions. See CosyVoice 3.0 and multilingual delivery review.
