Li Jitao's Packaging Exports: AI Handles Documents while Suppliers Confirm Production

Start in a specific industrial cluster

Southeast Net's September 22 interview describes Li founding Quanzhou Fengze Liaotu Technology for packaging and printing exports, using local suppliers and AI-assisted listings, emails, trade documents and archives. The venture concerns concrete goods and information rather than generic AI capability.

Buyers may need packaging with particular dimensions, materials, artwork and uses. AI communication does not make requirements supplier-approved production conditions. The following is our analysis, not a reconstruction of actual orders.

One inquiry can contain several requirements

For a simulated custom-carton inquiry, distinguish use, quantity, units, materials, structure, print coverage and timing. List missing information as questions instead of generating definite specifications. Fluent replies that alter conditions create quotation problems.

Maintain a fact table separating buyer requirements, supplier replies and unresolved items. Draft emails from it and manually check numbers, units, negatives and deadlines. Tone comparisons alone miss transaction-defining information.

Make sample-to-production handover explicit

After simulated artwork approval, confirm materials, sizes and processes. Use one version identifier across client proofs, supplier files and internal records. Explain effects of each change and obtain the relevant approval.

Distinguish desired effects, AI visual illustrations and supplier-approved production proofs. Images cannot establish physical colors, material properties or manufacturability. Unverified conditions remain pending rather than unconditional commitments.

Align final files after automation

Product descriptions, quotes, orders, logistics and other records need confirmed sources for core fields. AI can flag differences; responsible people resolve conflicts instead of letting models choose plausible answers.

Prepare specialist declarations and transaction materials according to actual business requirements and responsible parties. We have not verified Liaotu's qualifications, documents or fulfillment, and establish no product's export eligibility.

Customer service takes time beyond compute

Inquiries may require repeated questions, samples, revisions and after-sales coordination. Record tools, labor, suppliers and external specialists separately. Low monthly inference spending is neither low total cost nor evidence of profit.

Staff-replacement and compute figures are interview claims, not universal productivity standards. Current staffing, orders and long-term results remain unknown. The useful question is whether industry knowledge can turn multiple parties' views into consistent, transferable documentation.
