Move from a category of work to a specific commission
The October 22 report on Shijiazhuang's municipal website described Jing, head of Shijiazhuang Guangxia Zaowu Digital Audiovisual Technology, using AI for realistic-character short dramas, 3D animated dramas and creative shorts. This provides a public lead on AI in production, without establishing the team, customers or operating results.
Our question is not how many tools are available, but how a team defines completion for one commissioned short. The following scenarios and arrangements are editorial analysis, not further reporting on Jing's customers, prices or actual process.
Ask where the film will appear
Consider a hypothetical local exhibition venue announcing an event. The same one-minute film serves different tasks on a ticket page, entrance screen and social account. The first must explain reasons to visit; the screen may need to work silently; social channels require different formats and pacing.
Collect the placement, audience, available assets and information that must be accurate before choosing generated footage, live filming or existing photos. Customer approval of those conditions guides production. Generated images cannot replace factual checks where facilities and services must be shown accurately.
Make samples support an actual decision
Showing everything only after production postpones disagreements until changes are most expensive. An early sample can address one question: narrative sequence, acceptable character style or clarity of event information. Tie each approval to a clear decision.
Keep samples, comments and versions together. A request for more atmosphere needs clarification about pace, music or color. Newly requested scenes need renewed scope agreement rather than allowing one ambiguous comment to expand work indefinitely.
Checks after generation are production work
Usable shots do not establish a deliverable film. Check subtitle dates and places, permission for people and branding, music and media rights, and continuity. AI can propose checks, but accountable people must approve publication.
Pricing must include human work on preparation, generation attempts, editing, discussion and agreed revisions, not just the tool fee for one generation. Customers buy a usable content result under agreed conditions; tool calls form only part of it.
Examine how experience informs delivery choices
For people with planning, design or editing experience, AI expands both production methods and selection work. Start with a familiar customer type and a limited trial before expanding. We have not verified Guangxia Zaowu's current collaborators, revenue or profit and do not turn a public profile into a replicable success formula.
