Before Delivering an AI Interactive Demo: Data and Fallbacks in Gemini Community Work

Google will showcase five Gemini 4 Argon community works on October 23, involving three-dimensional scenes, data globes and browser games. This article does not repeat the list, but discusses the actual inspections of the AI entrepreneurial team when delivering interactive demonstrations: how to prompt data expiration, how to handle loading failures, how to accept device differences, and who is responsible for subsequent updates.

Google's official blog showcases community work including a 3D globe that connects to public data and a multiplayer browser game. These are demonstration cases selected by the manufacturer, and the page does not provide complete running records that are sufficient for ChinaOPC to independently reproduce all results. What can be confirmed from this is that the work was displayed, and it cannot be further determined that the author has obtained a commercial order or that the product has met production acceptance standards.

Turn the highlights of the demonstration into actions that customers can confirm

The following is the delivery method proposed by ChinaOPC. When making a device display page, activity interactive screen or data visualization prototype, first determine with the client what actions the audience can complete, such as switching parts, viewing instructions, and filtering time ranges. Write out the expected response so you can compare it between versions, rather than using "cooler" as the only acceptance criterion.

Simulate a store equipment demonstration: the customer may only need to turn the perspective, unfold three components and read the specifications, and real-time physical simulation is not required. Reducing interactions that have no business purpose can make maintenance scope clearer. Dimensional, structural and performance data must still be provided or confirmed by the customer, and AI-generated appearances cannot be regarded as real product parameters.

When real-time data fails, how should the page explain it?

If the display relies on external data, the data source and update time must be indicated, and the status when the update fails must be agreed upon. You can retain the latest successfully updated content and clearly indicate the time; you cannot allow the page to still appear as "updating in real time" after the interface is stopped. Data provider rules should also be checked whether storage, republication or commercial use is permitted.

Three-dimensional pages also need to check loading, fonts, touch operations and resource usage on the devices actually used by customers. Just because a development computer can play back smoothly does not mean that a tablet or mobile phone in the exhibition hall can also perform the same action. The delivery list should clearly state the tested environment, and devices that have not been covered should remain unverified.

Leave an entrance for the next maintainer

The material catalog, data field description, construction method and update steps can be attached when delivered. Separate the copywriting that can be changed by customers from the interactions that need to be adjusted by developers, so that a change in product parameters does not require remaking the entire page. When multi-person interactions are involved, disconnections, repeated operations, and status synchronization need to be verified separately.

The presentation, internal trial run and public launch can be confirmed separately. AI helps generate code and materials, but does not replace content verification and business acceptance. The team can first commit to a small-scale demonstration task, record actual investment and customer feedback, and then decide whether to expand into ongoing services; this article does not describe the demonstration author as a proven OPC business case.

More workflows can be compared from AI Entrepreneurship Column. When selecting, you should pay attention to whether the page can be handed over to the customer for continued use, not just whether the video of the generation process is smooth.
