Furniture Image Annotations: Delivering Checkable Object Locations

Annotating multiple furniture items manually takes design time. This unvalidated service supplies bounding boxes, product identifiers and reviews, including trials for occlusion and similar objects. AI positions are candidates; coordinate conversion and human confirmation remain necessary. Location data is not a size-measurement or identification guarantee.

This original proposal draws on Florence-2 task-based vision materials and has not undergone business trials. Documentation does not establish suitability for a particular furniture library.

Agree format with the receiving system

Potential customers are furniture commerce or asset-outsourcing teams. Confirm coordinate systems, dimensions, category names and formats, with visual check images. Clients supply real product IDs; appearance cannot establish model numbers.

Include difficult images in the first trial

Use authorized samples containing multiple living-room objects, occlusions and reflections, rather than only isolated products on white. Agree boundary rules for shadows and decorations and document them before scaling.

Retain sampling and correction agreements

Estimate object counts, complexity and review effort, not just image count. Preserve originals and leave disputed annotations unresolved. Pixel regions cannot be represented as physical dimensions without explaining photography and calibration conditions.
