Reviewing AI-Assisted Publications: Facts, Assets, Advertising and Labels

When the AI draft is ready for release, what should we look at for facts, material usage, advertising attributes, and generated identification? This article separates and reviews product information, character experiences, official original texts and editorial opinions, and sorts out customer confirmation, release channels and subsequent correction records, so that the content service team can still retain evidence and traceable versions while pursuing expression and efficiency.

First distinguish the nature of the information in the draft

Product facts, people’s experiences, original policy texts, and editorial opinions require different review methods. The smoothness of the content does not prove that the information is accurate. This article proposes a ChinaOPC work list based on the official advertising law text and the release instructions for generating synthetic content tags. The specific applicable responsibilities should still be combined with actual business judgment.

Check facts and materials separately

Check the name, time, numerical caliber and citation range, and do not allow the model to fill in any conclusions that are not found in the source. Character photos, soundtracks, charts and customer cases confirm the basis for use respectively; "can be found online" does not mean that any use permission has been obtained. The official original text remains unchanged, and ChinaOPC analysis will be separately marked.

The publishing behavior must also be confirmed

Check whether the content contains commercial promotion and necessary logos, whether the customer has confirmed the facts and commitments, and whether the generated logo is blocked or lost by typesetting. Keep unconfirmed items in drafts and do not directly convert them into finished drafts on the grounds of meeting the publishing deadline.

Save traceable version

Record the release channel, time, confirmation draft and subsequent corrections. Performance review focuses on actual reader issues and cannot modify facts or copy similar pages for search keywords. Extended reading: Monthly content service plan.
