Anonymous cases should retain the boundaries of anonymity
Atlassian's FDE service page lists a semiconductor company case that introduces customized offloading agents and corporate governance work. The customer name and complete original measurement data are not given on the page. This article does not guess which company it is, nor does it rewrite the effect numbers in the publicity as ChinaOPC verification results.
The service page also explains that FDE is jointly built with the customer team, and the solution needs to enter the customer's existing permissions and data rules. This can be used to discuss how the project works, but it cannot be used to prove that all systems of a certain enterprise have been unified managed.
First clarify which action the diversion changes.
The following is an implementation analysis presented by ChinaOPC. At a minimum, triage may include actions as diverse as proposing a triage, assigning a responsible team, modifying priorities, and closing a support ticket. They have different impacts and should not be combined into a general "automatic processing". In the first round of trials, you can first let the system give suggestions and basis, confirm them with existing handlers, and record which categories are still easily confused.
A usable requirements description should list the classification scope, overlap situations, who determines the processing time limit, and whether support tickets with missing information should be pursued or handed over to a person. Classification labels are just the result form, what really needs to be verified is whether the recipient can do the right work faster as a result.
Use historical samples to retain the basis for evaluation
Representative samples are extracted from the historical records that have been approved for use. Business personnel first confirm the target categories and fields that need to be retained, and then check the recommendations, basis and actual results. For disputed examples, different opinions and final confirmers should be retained to avoid directly writing a subjective judgment into permanent rules.
- General support ticket: Whether the suggestion is accurate and whether the receiving team can continue to process it.
- Boundary support ticket: How to upgrade when cross-team, lack of information or conflicting descriptions.
- Permission differences: Which fields can be seen by the system and what information cannot be shown to other teams.
- Abnormal tasks: how to leave records after repeated triggering, interface failure and manual reassignment.
Automatic actions require separate acceptance
When the system moves from providing suggestions to writing into the business system, it should re-confirm who has the authority to approve, which fields can be modified, and how to fall back if it fails. The test results of the read-only phase cannot be directly regarded as acceptance for automatic reassignment or closing of the support ticket. Whether to enable automation should be decided jointly by the customer's authorized person and the engineering leader based on actual testing.
This article did not obtain the contract, duration, or actual costs for this anonymous client and therefore does not provide an estimate of the benefits of replicating its effects. Enterprises can use the above questions to check whether their diversion tasks are clear, and then evaluate whether they need external FDE, internal R&D, or simpler configuration support.
