Tianxin's Digital Business-Service Portal: Prepare a One-Page Business Brief

The one-stop service entrance can reduce the time of finding departments, but it cannot complete the project facts for entrepreneurs. Based on the Hunan Provincial Data Bureau's public report on Tianxin's "digital enterprise service", this article discusses how to organize the subjects, businesses and to-do items to make consultation more effective, and distinguish between the service entrance online, actual acceptance and final processing results, and not to write the platform launch news as a new subsidy commitment.

In September 2026, the Hunan Provincial Data Bureau reported the launch of Tianxin’s “Data Enterprise Services” zone, introducing the connection of OPC-related government services. This article is an introduction to service information and does not include this information as a new fund subsidy document.

One page of instructions to answer three questions

Are you currently preparing to set up or are you already operating? What services are you mainly providing to whom? Which processing problems you want to solve? When you can provide a sample, attach a demonstration that does not contain sensitive information; irrelevant documents and customer lists do not need to be sent in full during the first consultation.

Write down the dependencies for each to-do

When simulating and preparing to launch software services, account opening, subject information, and contract signing may occur in sequence. After consultation, record the steps, materials and responsible entrances that need to be completed first to avoid repeated submission of the same matter through multiple channels.

Convenient entrance does not mean that the results are automatically passed

The actual handling still needs to meet the conditions of the matter, and there are also independent processes involving financial or market cooperation. The current opening hours, acceptance range, and online and offline methods of the zone should be subject to the latest official information. ChinaOPC does not act as an agent, does not charge consulting fees, and does not promise the results.
