The official iFlytek documentation lists Spark X2.5, 1.7B, and 4B lightweight versions, and both input and output are listed as text. The flagship direction includes reasoning, code and agent tasks, and the lightweight version focuses on the device side and lower latency deployment scenarios. Models of different sizes cannot have exactly the same performance by default just because they belong to Spark.

iFlytek also provides voice-related products, but this does not mean that the text model interface can directly receive a recording. If you want to do voice customer service, you need to confirm recognition, text understanding, speech synthesis and call process respectively. Errors at each level will be passed to the back, and the entire process should be used as the verification object.

Compare whether the classification is correct, whether key fields are missing, and whether the uncertain content is left to manual labor. If the small model only fails on a few complex problems, you can explore offloading solutions instead of immediately switching all requests to the larger model.
Cost and version records
Check the official current model logo and service quota before purchasing to avoid treating the event price or free test quota as a long-term cost. The client-side solution also needs to verify weight licensing, operating framework and equipment requirements. This article does not equate official multilingual numbers with a specific dialect or industry term that has passed customer acceptance.
