Define when information stops being displayed
A hypothetical collaboration request should record its publisher, last confirmation, project stage and expiry conditions alongside sector and region. Accepting inquiries after a project ends wastes both parties' time. Design expiry handling when adding the record.
Manual matching can test the categories first
A complex recommendation algorithm is not necessary to demonstrate initial value. Select a small consented set of requests, explain recommendations manually and record contact success, eligibility and reasons for stopping. Making contact and reaching an agreement are separate measures.
Updating costs continue after development
Verification, disputes and duplicate merging consume ongoing effort. A small team should limit sector and service hours before expanding coverage. These are operational proposals, without evidence that this project has commercially validated them. Current staffing and revenue need independent confirmation.
