Chongqing Daily reported in May 2026 that Luo founded Chongqing Yuma Zhilian and said an e-commerce program received no orders because he insufficiently understood merchants. This is a reported statement, not an independently audited business record.
Separate the reasons behind no orders
Customers may not know the product, trust its results, have a budget or consider the problem important. These are four different obstacles; rewriting a webpage cannot solve them all. Record unsuccessful conversations and distinguish customers' explicit explanations from the team's guesses.
Begin the next demonstration with the existing process
For a merchant checking daily orders, observe the actual sheets, discrepancies and refund approvers before making a sample of one step. Do not first require learning an entire system and then claim savings only after that learning.
Stopping is a product decision too
Repeated evidence that data is unavailable or no one owns the budget may justify narrowing scope, changing scenarios or pausing development. Write stop conditions before investing so accumulated code does not become the sole reason to continue. One unsuccessful attempt does not establish failure of all the entrepreneur's businesses.
