Beijing Daily client reporting in July 2026 mentioned Han Jiale's AI exploration in the cement industry. Limited technical disclosure does not establish headcount, specifications or particular customer results.
Start with an observable business problem
Our hypothetical starting point is organizing equipment-inspection records: who fills them in, who handles anomalies and what omissions affect. Information organization is easier to bound than taking over production control, but still requires customer permission to access records.
Include site staff in defining evaluation criteria
A data engineer may consider recognition accurate while site staff find it unusable because equipment IDs, shifts or responsible people are missing. Include these fields in samples and agree which errors must go to human review. Safety-related judgments must follow the customer's established professional procedures.
A small team must not replace professional accountability
Data organization, prompts and analysis interfaces can be deliverables, but a model demo alone cannot support promises of higher output or fewer accidents. Controlled-trial records and user feedback are useful evidence at this stage. This is market-entry analysis, not field investigation or validation of Han's particular project.
