Fuzhou AI Policy: Check Model, Scenario and Talent Support Separately

Artificial intelligence policies often involve R&D, application scenarios, parks and talents at the same time, and the applicable paths are different. Based on the interpretation of Fuzhou City's official policies, this article discusses how entrepreneurial teams use the current project stage to screen relevant matters, prepare materials that illustrate actual capabilities, and examine the relationship between different supports. The article does not package general industrial measures into exclusive subsidies that all OPCs can enjoy.

Fuzhou City will publish policy interpretations of relevant measures for the artificial intelligence industry in June 2026, covering models, research and development, scenarios and talents. The following are ChinaOPC reading suggestions. The specific provisions and implementation arrangements should be checked in the official documents.

The current step to be completed must be stated truthfully.

Prototyping, actual deployment and scaled use belong to different stages. When the simulated enterprise prepares consultation scenario support, it should explain the functions that have been run, the subjects participating in the trial, and the problems that still need to be solved, and do not write the planned users as actual service objects.

Organize corporate matters and personal matters separately

Corporate R&D, product or scene materials should be separated from personal academic qualifications, work and talent identification materials. This will not only make it easier to find the corresponding responsible unit, but also reduce the repeated provision of irrelevant personal information.

Supports superposition and cannot add it by itself.

The same project may involve different policies, but whether they can be applied at the same time depends on the formal rules. Anticipated subsidy should not be used to determine irrevocable purchases when funds have not yet been approved. ChinaOPC does not guarantee the current acceptance status. Readers should check the latest guidelines, applicable deadlines and responses from the competent authorities.
